Remarks from two 10-year-old YPC choristers about Transient Glory Symposium Concerts

“I went to the YPC Transient Glory concert on Thursday night at Le Poisson Rouge.  I thought that the concert was great because there were famous composers from around the world so there were many different types of music that sounded different for YPC. Also it was great because there were violins and other string instruments playing the music for a few of the songs, and sometimes even without the chorus. I personally liked the Y.P. Chant because it had a lot of fast words and it sounded cool!”

"I went to the Transient Glory concert on Saturday at Carnegie Hall. Wow! There were so many different conductors. The theater was HUGE! The music was so interesting and different and I also loved hearing some pieces of music with instruments only. The YPC singing was so beautiful! I'm proud to be part of YPC at my school."
